Pastors Phil & Caroline Whitehead
The church is pastored by Phil & Caroline. They are both recognised and ordained ministers with Elim Pentecostal churches and came to Chiswick with considerable experience in missions and ministry.

Phil became a Christian at the age of 17 years and was soon leading Christian Unions at both of the colleges he attended. Following a short career as a school teacher he served as missionary in Nigeria, before becoming the 'Evangelism and Missions Director' at Kensington Temple, a large multi racial church in Notting Hill Gate. From there he travelled to numerous nations, pioneering unreached people group projects into the Republic of Benin and Albania. In 1998 Phil and Caroline were invited to pastor the church in Chiswick. Their ministry still takes them to many different nations. He recently authored  the increasingly popular book, 'Thriving in the Grace of God.'

Caroline was a secondary teacher and was in the middle of a post-graduate degree course when she committed her life to Christ at the age of 24. The following year she started training and missions with Youth with a Mission in Melbourne, and went to Thailand and Uzbekistan. After she completed the School of Frontier Missions in Singapore and she went to the Philippines. She studied at the Theological Centre for Asia and then IBIOL in London with distinction. She has also been on missions to other various places around the world. Caroline has a strong desire to see Christians living whole and fulfilled lives. She is also passionate about seeing this part of London and unreached parts of world reached with the gospel.

Alistair Webber (Worship and Life Group Leader) and Desmond Eghareuba (Prayer and Life Group Leader) are also a part of the leadership team, working with Phil and Caroline in overseeing the work.

Life Group Leaders
Each group is lead and cared for by a trained leader where primary support and encouragement are given. The current Cell group leaders are: Russell Munroe, Jane Addae, Sue White, Simon Sylvan, Chris & Carmelita Ragg, Alastair & Sharon Webber, Desmond & Patricia Egharevba, Michael & Sonia Phombeah, and Phil & Caroline Whitehead.
